Does anyone know some good stress relief songs? I am really stressed with exams in school.

Thanks!

Brian Eno.

I had severe back pain & head aches and or migraines with my first delivery. Nothing I did helped relieve the pain. I was given morhine and vicodine, which didn’t help enough. What could I do to help relieve this pain, for this next delivery? What are the best ways, to cope with these pains? They only led to stress & tension before. I worry about it again this time. Please help. Thank you.
Please don’t say, "ask you doctor" I’ve asked they only tell me they can give me vicodine. Like I said before that doesn’t do any good. I was more or less asking, about stretches I could do. If laying on my back or my side which is better or worse. I’d really only like to hear answers from women with experience in delivery. Thank you again.

For me, laying still was the worst. I went from the whirlpool tub to the yoga ball to the rocking chair. Even changing positions while laying down makes a big difference. Movement and breathing exercises really help. Have you thought about using a doula? If you’re not familiar with them, they are pretty much a birthing assistant. They are there to focus on your needs during labor and provide relaxation techniques, massage and positive words. Sure, you’ve got your husband but he’ll be just as excited as you are.

need this for coursework. Looking at relationship between stress and personality type
Basically i need research studies in APFCC format to use as evidence and as an introduction for my coursework, eg friedman et al.
Basically APFCC means that the conduction of the study and how it is wrote up is in form of the following:
Aims, Procedures, Findings, Conclusions, Criticisms. I need to collect as many studies to put into my coursework as possible, by different people, groups, etc.

look at:
sarason
holmes and rahe
friedrich

also you can add in altruism (personality factor) and tie it in with stress, the researchers who did this were piliavin; latane and darley; cialdini; batson.

hope this helps.

if you can’t find it on the web, purchase the cardwell clark psychology AS and A2 textbooks, these were a great help for me when i had to do my coursework. They also are set up in the APFCC format

If there is 1 thing that is constantly stressing you out, let’s say, you’re unemployed for 6 months, then you have chronic stress? So when you find a job, you no longer have chronic stress? So chronic is a time factor? I’m always stressed about the amount of $$ I make, and that I have no friends or a boyfriend. Do I have a chronic stress?

I wrote an article that may be able to answer your questions. Here’s the link…
