By Advanced Planning and discipline. Doing things in proper way and in time. Reducing your expectations and goal. Setting small small achievable goals one at a time and building on it step by step. Not to worry about things which we know we cant change.
Developing tolerance to things which we dislike. Learning to live with the variations in life , bear to face setbacks,.
<p>How do you relief everyday stress of financial uncertainty, such as your job, financial stability, etc. Considering today’s economy, with unemployment rates so high, there is nothing for sure.
Have emergency fund of 8 months or more, be around people you can rely on when times get hard, have faith, but prepare for the worst, and have an escape plan or plan of action.
<p>•Starting a new playgroup/nursery/school
•The arrival of a new baby
•Being away from their parents
•Parents getting divorce
•Death of a relative or pet
•Moving to a new house
it all depends on the child and the way the parents talk to them about it. My two children are totally different when it comes to stress. Earlier this year their grandfather died and my daughter aged 12 was hysterical while my son aged 10 just said well he is not in pain any more and living with God. Mostly it depends on the child.
<p>Lots of women are stressed out, depressed, emotional or simply just moody during pregnancy. But how severe is the stress to actually affect the baby?
When people ask this question I always like to refer to the babies born to mothers who lost their husbands in the tragedy of 9/11 in 2001. Can you imagine how stressed and depressed these pregnant women must have been after losing their husbands in such a horrible tragedy, especially knowing their children would never meet their fathers? Their babies were just fine, they had a special on TV last year at this time with some of the mother’s and their children who were effected by the tragedy. As long as you take care of your self physically, your baby should be fine.
