    happy that you find information with in my clips useful. However listening to music, viewing movie, have relaxation not stress management affect and used as maintenance for stress management achievements. not to repeat myself, please view my stress management lesson 5 part 2.     Lots of great advice on this video and I really appreciate that. I like the average citizen, work a very stressful job and your self massage techniques would be very helpful in managing stress. Another good way to relieve stress is listen to music, watch a movie, taking a shower or bath and the list goes on. As you mentioned, there comes a point to where you’ve had enough and I agree with everything you said. Thanks so much for posting this one and keep up the good work!
